Please note that Forzoni Tours applies the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the scheduled tour will be subject to a full refund.
  • Cancellations between 7 days and 48-hours prior to the scheduled tour are subject to a 50% penalty fee.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are subject to a 100% penalty fee
  • If the tour includes the purchase of tickets for museums and special events, these will not be refundable
  • If the tour includes the purchase of services from third-party providers (such us buses, minibuses, yacht, elycopter truffle hunter…) the full refund policy will be applied for cancellations made with 30-days minimum notice

In case of groups bigger than 12 people ( or in any case we use a “third party” supplier, Example: bus, boat, Ferrari, Hotair Baloon, etc ) cancellation policy:

  • When the group is confirmed we will send a proforma invoice and require a 30% deposit.
  • The proforma invoice must be paid in any case 30 days before the arrival of the group
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled tour will be subject to a full refund.
  • Cancellations between 30 days and 1 days prior to the scheduled tour are subject to a 100% penalty fee
